Solid Wood Door Systems
Our solid wood doors are of medium density (around 600 – 650 kg/m2) tropical wood. This places it between eucalyptus and tabebuia (ipe). Our doors are processed to make them less susceptible to termites and contamination – in addition, we remove all the sapwood and kiln dry our wood.
Sizes : In addition to the traditional door openings widths of 32-inches and 36-inches, we also provide widths of 40, 44, and 48 inches for pivoting doors. In addition, our collection also includes extra-large Entrance Facade / Pivot Door combinations.
Included Features : Our packages include the following fitting and optional accessories (a) Door Frame in Swing, Pocket, and wall-hung styles, (b) Stainless steel decorative handles, (c) Hardware inclusive of locking mechanism, (d) Magic-eye peephole
Soild Wood Door Customization
Customization (limited) allows us to manufacture our doors to your specifications within our guidelines – that makes for an impressive turnaround time of 20-days for a full large order.
The customization of all our doors first starts with the engineer – who reviews your custom design selection, as well as optional selections of : hardware, door patterns, and styles.
Once the design specification process is completed, fabrication commences to the engineers’ specifications based on your request. Doors are provided unfinished, granting you the option to stain, varnish, or paint to your desired finish.

MDF Wood & Glass Systems
Efforts for sustainability and preservation of the rainforest have led our manufacturers to develop high-density MDF Finished Lumber products. A more upgrade version of MDF that featured : (a) impact resistance, (b) water resistance, and (c) resistance to effects of direct sunlight – is used for our finished Interior Doors.

Aluminum Door Systems
Hung Windows (or Single Hung Windows) open by sliding one glass-frame vertically along the other. These windows come either in a Plain Design allowing for a clear picturesque view; or as a Grid Design (Colonial Design), allowing for a more decorative framed effect.
Our windows are designed and engineered around a rigid German Aluminum-frame, and specifically geared for high-impact zones — ideally suited for Coastal Regions. Our ‘Impact Resistant Laminated Glass Windows’, is equipped with a 2.28 PvB protected barrier (however, we can also provide these windows as ‘non-impact glass’ if requested).
All windows are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty program, and we provide customer support from the beginning of the design phase through to the lifetime of your window.
Aluminum Door Customization
Full customization allows us to manufacture these windows to your specified measurements, and also allows us to combine multiple window systems in the same rigid Aluminum Frame (e.g a Fixed-window and a Casement-window in the same single frame).
The customization of all our windows first starts with the engineer – who reviews the registered Impact Level of your geographic location, to ensure that the required structural specifications are incorporated for your geographic zone (e.g earthquake zones -vs- hurricane zones).
Once that is completed, we are then able to structurally design your windows to any size that you desire, and include whatever combination of Window Systems you suggest. Take advantage of our seamless ‘Right-angle Windows’, which provide an almost panoramic view, even in small spaces.

Provide a detailed description of your Design + Window Schedule, detailing functionality, custom sizes, Impact Zone, finishes, and colors.
Provide details of types of Hardware styles (hinges, handles) required. Show image(s) of Handle styles you require, etc. Optional multiple locking can be provided.
Provide details of your customized requirements. As we work directly with the manufacturers and are able to provide multiple customized options : height, glass-inserts etc.
